Do I need to be a cyclist?

Not at all. Our e-bikes make cycling accessible to almost everyone. You don't need training or special fitness — just curiosity. We'll give you a proper briefing before you set off and we're available throughout the day if you need anything.
Are the routes really easy?

Yes, genuinely. We design routes for comfort, not performance. The terrain around Putignano is mostly rolling countryside — never extreme. The e-bike does the hard work on any uphill sections. We're not talking to sporty cyclists; we're talking to people who want a beautiful day out.
What's included with the bike?

Every ride includes a quality e-bike, checked and fully charged, plus a helmet. At pickup we'll give you a full briefing on the bike and your route. Write to us to ask about what else is available for your specific experience.
What if something goes wrong on the ride?

We're on WhatsApp throughout your entire ride. If the bike has a problem, if you get disoriented, or if you just want a recommendation — write to us. We'll respond quickly. You're never on your own.
Can you reach the sea?

Yes. Some of our routes extend towards the Adriatic coast — the Polignano a Mare area and San Vito. The e-bike handles the distance comfortably. Watching the landscape slowly shift from countryside to coast is, honestly, one of the most beautiful parts of the experience.
What languages do you speak?

Yes. We communicate in Italian, English, French and Portuguese. We work primarily with international travellers and we're fully comfortable in all four languages throughout the booking and your ride.
How do I book?

The simplest way is WhatsApp — it's fast and we can answer any questions in the same conversation. Write to us with your preferred date, number of people, and the experience you're interested in. We'll confirm quickly, usually the same day.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to guarantee availability, especially in high season (May–September). That said, write to us even for last-minute requests — we'll do our best.
